No. We have our business online so there is no such problem.

provide you the service. When will I be contacted again

Right after your ordering, you’ll receive an auto generated
email confirming that your order has been placed successfully.
Will I be provided any user ID to check the status
of my order?
Yes. You will be provided your personal USER ID and
PASSWORD. You can login to check and see the status
of your order.
I have no idea how my logo should look like?
We will guide you how your
logo should look like and still if you any question
to ask you can email us and we will answer your email
in detail.
I don’t know which package to choose from?
We just need
a little information about your business or organization
that who you are and we will guide you which package
to select from.
What if I don’t like my logo?
Our job won’t be finished until you are completely satisfied
with the logo we have designed for you and we will keep
working on your design until you are completely satisfied
with your design.
Is there any other way to pay you beside Credit Card?
Yes. You can either pay us by check drawn
in favor of The MAZ Logo
Can I register the copyright of my logo?
Once we have provided you the final copy of your logo,
the logo is all yours and you can get it registered.
How will I get my final designed logo?
You will receive your final logo design files via email.
All files are in high resolution and are provided in
PC format. We will send all the file formats
on CD-ROM in extra additional cost.
